🎄 Christmas Field Trips at Jack’s Creek Farm 2026! 🎄
Bring your students to the farm for a Christmas experience filled with learning, laughter, and holiday memories they will cherish!
Students will enjoy an interactive day on the farm with five exciting stations: learning about Christmas trees and how we operate during the Christmas season, meeting farm animals, taking a hayride through our Tunnel of Lights, playing Christmas-themed Reindeer Games, and discovering how Christmas trees grow, the wildlife they support, and the challenges farmers face in agriculture.
Each student will receive a mini Christmas tree to take home, and classes are welcome to bring school lunches and enjoy our picnic area during their visit.
Our goal is to provide students with a hands-on learning experience that connects them with agriculture, nature, and the hard work behind the Christmas season while creating memories they will never forget.

Payment Information
Payment for all students must be collected and submitted in ONE transaction before the field trip begins. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card, and invoices are available upon request.
We prefer that parents submit payment to the school, allowing the teacher to bring one combined payment on the day of the field trip.
If your school does not allow group payment collection, parents may purchase tickets individually online using the link below.

FIELD TRIP

PAYMENT: $12 PER PERSON, TEACHERS ARE FREE
Please bring cash or check. The payment for students and parents must be made in ONE transaction. Please collect money before arriving at the farm.
Minimum: 10 paying students. We require a $100 minimum payment for all field trips

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Make sure the time, date, and location of your field trip is clearly. communicated to all teachers, bus drivers, and parents
-Have an accurate headcount of all students BEFORE arriving at the farm.
- Arrive On Time!
- If your students need a bathroom break upon arrival, you can plan to arrive earlier.
- Dress appropriately for a day on the farm – tennis shoes, jackets, hot hands, etc.
- The field trip usually takes around 1.5 -2 hours.
- ALL field trip activities & areas will CLOSE at 1:30 p.m.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING
If necessary, we will reschedule your field trip once at no charge. Additional reschedules: $20, unless field trip is cancelled due to weather.
** IF YOU CANCEL YOUR FIELD TRIP, IT IS A $100 FEE**
Parents/Chaperones :
Please park in the designated parking area upon arrival. We will meet under the Fraser Barn to get started. If you did not pay through your school, please purchase your ticket online prior to arriving. We look forward to seeing you at Jack's Creek Farm!
